Contacting an Admin
The purpose of this article is to explain how to contact an Admin.
Should you require any administration to be carried out on users or a contract, e.g. having your role or permissions changed, adding a User to a contract, or removing a User from a contract, these are actions that your Admin users can action via the Admin Panel. Additionally, you can locate your Organisation Admins via this tab.
You will then be displayed with a list of all Admins within your environment and their appropriate contact details.
Contract Admins that have been allocated specifically to this contract are displayed at the top and should be the first users to contact for assistance:
Organisation Admins are located in the Other Admin section underneath, towards the end of the list, specified as such under the role column:
